Far be it for me to think anyone will actually care about yet another music blog, especially when there are literally thousands of them out there who already smoke the competition. But this one promises to be a slight breed apart from the others. Mainly, because the intended purpose here is not to brag about one's knowledge of obscure matters but to create a clearing house for Eastern European punk bands that flourished between 1976-89 to tell their stories to the rest of the world.
It is said that with the wall now down, a trend of historical revisionism is upon us and if not kept in check, that revisionism promises that those that had an uncertain future under socialism, now have an uncertain past under capitalism.
